This app requires iOS 9.0 or later.
In iOS 8.x, Notifications at the end of the timer will not be sometimes normally delivered due to the specifications of iOS 8. The function of notifications requires iOS 9.0 or later.
Notification does not arrive at the end of the timer.
When you start the timer from the widget, you don't receive the notification at the end of the timer, there are several possible causes. Please check the follows.
■ Is your device connected to the network?
Please make sure that your iPhone/iPad is adequately connected to the network (Wi-Fi or cellular).When the network status is unstable, you can not receive notification correctly.
In addition, even if you receive notification successfully when the Wi-Fi connection, if you do not receive notification when the connection by cellular network (3G or LTE), you need to change the settings of iCloud. For more information, please click here.
■ Sign in to iCloud, is the settings enabled ?
Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] of your device and make sure that you are signed in to iCloud. Further, after changing the account of iCloud, you need to setup again. For more information, please click here.
In addition, in the setting of iCloud, also please check the storage of documents and data is enabled.
[If you use iCloud Drive]
Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] > [iCloud Drive] of your device and make sure that "iCloud Drive" and "Widget Timer" are turned ON.
[If you do not use iCloud Drive]
Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] > [Documents & Data] of your device and make sure that "Documents & Data" and "Widget Timer" are turned ON.
■ Is notification setting enabled?
Go to [Settings] > [Notifications] > [Widget Timer] or [Settings] > [Widget Timer] of your device and make sure that notification setting is turned ON.
■ Is Background App Refresh enabled?
Go to [Settings] > [General] > [Background App Refresh] or [Settings] > [Widget Timer] of your device and make sure that "Background App Refresh" of Widget Timer is turned ON.
■ Is the app version of Widget Timer active?
When the app version of the Widget Timer is displayed on the front, it notices the end of the timer by sound. Notification message will not be displayed.
■ Is Do Not Disturb enabled?
When Do Not Disturb is enabled, you might not receive some notifications. Please go to [Settings] > [Do Not Disturb] of your device and make sure that Do Not Disturb setting is turned OFF.
■ Is Low Power Mode enabled?
When Low Power Mode is enabled in iOS 9 or later, you might not receive some notifications, because Background App Refresh is turnd off. Please go to [Settings] > [Battery] of your device and make sure that Low Power Mode is turned OFF.
■ Is there Widget Timer in the task list?
Double-tap home button and make sure that there is Widget Timer in the task list (app switching screen).
If you remove Widget Timer from task list, you might not receive notifications. In that case, please launch the app version of Widget Timer once. When the app is open, you can tap home button to close it.
When not receiving notifications though each item above-mentioned is normal, please check here to re-setup.
How to setup again?
When you change your iPhone/iPad or iCloud account, you need to setup again.
Launch the app version of Widget Timer and tap the Settings button at the top right of the screen and select "Setup Guide". Then, please perform the setup according to the instructions on the screen.
If the notification does not arrive, select the once "Reset settings" in Step 1 of the setup guide, and then, please perform the setup according to the instructions on the screen.
No longer reach notifications when connecting with cellular network.
If "Use Cellular Data" in the setting of iCloud is turned OFF, you can not receive notifications when connecting with cellular network (3G or LTE).
Please check the following settings.
[If you use iCloud Drive]
Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] > [iCloud Drive] of your device and make sure that "Use Cellular Data" is turned ON.
[If you do not use iCloud Drive]
Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] > [Documents & Data] of your device and make sure that "Use Cellular Data" is turned ON.

No longer reach notifications after the account of iCloud changed

The document and data of Widget Timer cannot be deleted from my iCloud storage
Even if you uninstall the app from your device, "Documents and Data" in iCloud isn't deleted automatically. And it cannot be deleted by "Manage Storage" in iOS setting app. Please carry out the following steps to delete the data of WidgetTimer in iCloud.
- Update/Re-install the latest version (Ver. 1.0.4 or later) of WidgetTimer from here.
- Launch Widget Timer.
- Tap the Settings button at the top right of the main screen.
- Tap "Reset & Cleanup Data" button.
- Tap "Cleanup" button on the alert dialog.
The document and data in iCloud should be deleted by this. Go to [Settings] > [iCloud] > [Storage] > [Manage Storage] and confirm that "WidgetTimer" disappears from the list of "Documents & Data". If you don't want to use the app any more, it's no problem to uninstall the app.
I'd like to change the volume of the alarm sound.
The volume of the alarm sound depends on the setting of iOS. The volume of the alarm sound which rings in the app can be changed by the volume buttons on your iPhone/iPad body.
On the other hand, If you'd like to change the volume of the alarm sound which rings at the time of notification, please go to [Settings] > [Sounds] and change "RINGER AND ALERTS" by the slider.

- Launch Widget Timer on your device.
- Tap the "i" button on the top left side of the screen of Widget Timer, to open the Information screen.
- Tap the "Inquiry" button
- Will open the mail edit screen, please fill in the situation where the problem occurs and send.
